as of 1 February 2011.  Anyone applying for a visa to Norway should now register the application, pay the application fee online and book an appointment on the secure Application Portal before submitting their supporting documents at the Embassy. It will still be possible to hand in paper applications. However, applicants who apply online will be given priority.

Applications for visa, work permit/residence permit to Norway should now be registered in the Application Portal.  


The fee should be paid, by the applicant or the sponsor, either by Visa or Mastercard.

 
Portal applications will be given priority and an appointment with the Visa Section is easy to make in the Portal.
