An important part of the making of a new constitution as part of the roadmap of the Global Political Agreement is a reform in the security sector. Norway has supported the work for women’s rights in the mainly masculine police and legal system since 1990. Since then both men and women from all over Southern and Eastern Africa has taken the master course today named “Master in Women and Law” (MWL) at the University of Zimbabwe.
